Don't Feed the Megan

I'll admit it - ever since I started Weight Watchers, I'm friggin' STARVING. I'm so terrified of going over my points and eating too much that I ration out my food and have yet to feel properly full. I'm sure I/my body/my stomach will get used to it, but right now it's making me cranky.

Any suggestions on low-point, filling foods, Snakehead?

Are you doing Flex or Core?

Veggies, veggies and more veggies. It's so boring, I know. Roast a whole pan of peppers, onions, mushrooms, whatever floats your boat. Brush em with olive oil and roast away. I could eat a zillion, zillion bowls of roasted vegetables. As a matter of fact, I may make them tomorrow.

Tonight I did a huge salad with my dinner, and noticed I was really full at the end. And then I did the anxious eating routine with 2 spoonfulls of peanut butter, 3 dates, and oh, some chocolate chips. I'm simultaneously starving and exhausted today, so I'm off to bed.

I'm doing Flex. But maybe I should switch to core... I do love veggies and I make sure to have a salad at lunch as well to help fill me up. Thanks for the suggestions!

I think there's a quiz on WW.com to figure out which one is right for you. I always liked Core better.

Core allows you to binge on say, vegetables and protein, which fill you up much faster. I recommend switching missy!

I really enjoy Core...that is...when I have the time to do it. It takes a little more time to prepare things, but it's a great retreat from Flex. It definitely is more "clean" eating, and you're not as hungry.

I switch back and forth...this week I'm going back to Core. Need to get de-fluffed from all the processed frozen meals I've been eating lately.

Here's some links on Core:
